35% deposit due upon reserving your rental date

65% balance due 90  days prior to rental date

Refundable security deposit of $250 is due 14 days prior to rental date

9% Collier County Rental tax due along with refundable security deposit 14 days prior to rental date

25% cancellation fee is applicable on any reservation cancelled  within 120 days of scheduled rental date.

Combine any two weeks together @ 15% Discount on second week.  Not during the High Season.
